PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:

PROPANIL 34% EC is high-selective contact herbicide used in preventing barnyard grass in rice field.

PROPANIL will be detoxified inside rice plant and hydrolyzed into 3,4-Dichloroaniline and propanoic acid by impact of aryl carboxyl amidase. While, due to the lack of this detoxification function, the cell membrane of barnyard grass will be destroyed and lead to a moisture metabolism disorder, finally cause its dehydration and die. The most sensitive period of barnyard grass to PROPANIL is its second leaf period.

PROPANIL will be decomposed and lose its chemical effects when contact with soil, it's only appropriate to be used for stem and leaf treatment.
